I like a internet based radio station that generates a download to my computer. The film looks like this. flac.m3u. I am using their player but would prefer using Media Center 21. Is there a way to load it and play?

Just copy the url and paste it into File>Open URL. Should work if you are playing locally.

There are discussions ongoing about streaming the feed via DLNA....
