When trying to import music files or close the app, JRiver Media Center could not run smoothly; the processes could not finish.

What is causing the problem?

The music files are on my computer. locally.

I believe your log shows that you can't download LAV filters from our site.

Here's the link that fails:

I just tried it and it works.  You could try it from a browser.

If it fails, your firewall may be preventing MC from downloading.

You could also try playing some video files in MC.  That should trigger the download.

I have tried uninstall Anti-Virus software and MC, reboot, and install MC alone, the problem persists.

Forgot to say, I have 64-bit Win 7 installed on my machine.
