MC 23 Upgrade / Schedule

I noticed on the upgrade page (Menu-Help/Upgrade to Master License) MC 23 for Windows is indicated (I currently have a Win license). I am interested in a master license upgrade, at this point likely Version 23. I know it's early, but is there a tentative release schedule yet?

Probably around August, but any license purchased now is an MC23 license. It also works with the latest builds of MC22.

I received an invitation to get a discount on an upgrade. I currently have MC22. If I don't take advantage of this deal, how much will MC23 cost me? What features can I expect in MC23?
