JRiver WDM only works with a specific USB port.

I noticed that if I plug my sound card in a different USB port than when I first configured JRiver, the WDM driver does not work. Is there any way to fix that? This is a portable setup on a laptop, so it is not always on the same USB port (and sometimes it will be on a USB hub)
