Changes to SBS in Oz
« on: April 10, 2017, 12:41:39 am »

Hi Guys,

Just a heads up to those in Aus.

SBS started broadcasting Viceland in HD over the weekend. You may need to rescan your channels to get it.

It's LCN 31. Not to be confused with Ch. 31, which is LCN 44  ;D

Oh, and thanks to the guys at IceTV for the heads up.

Thanks for the tip. Rescanning as I type.

Pity SBS didn't get word out sooner. I found out about this worthwhile (much applauded by me in all honesty) improvement while watching the SD recording I made of last night's Paris-Roubaix coverage. The cruelty *howls with rage*   >:(

Hopefully there'll be a highlights version this week sometime, so I can take in the mud soaked detail of the Trouée d'Arenberg and the carnage that it offers up.
