Hi,
I bought a license for mj 7.2. and now I upgraded to 8.0 but I can't restore my license because I change my e-mail address, but I still have e-mail they sent me when I bought it. Help

Somewhere you should have a RRG file that you were told to back up and keep safe. This is the file that has your reg info. Check your system and then restore from that file.

That is my problem, I don't have that reg file. All I have is a copy of the e-mail that they sent me when I bought MJ. Please help!!! ? Thank you

I'm sorry, but there is no way to retrieve a 7.x license or earlier. Details are here:

Your choices now are:
1. Keep looking for the rrg file.
2. Buy a new license (probably version 9)

If you did not make a copy of your RRG file then you can not recover your license, and J river can not Re-Issue Your License.

when you bought MJ7 and it was registered a box poped up and it tells you to make a backup of your RRG file on a floppy. if i remember correctly I think it also said that in an E-mail sent to a user.

MJ8\MC9 Users can recover there license by using the restore page.
