Hello, I have purchased 22 and upgraded to 23. I paid about 16 bucks for that. Now I did the download for the 64 bit of 23 Windows10. I have all my codes. How can I tell if I have successfully downloaded the 64 bit?

The 64-bit build can be found in the pinned release topic on the top of this forums section. Keep in mind the 64-bit build is considered experimental right now.

So after asking in 2 places I take it there is no way to tell if it was successful or not. Sounds like I better hope it was not!!

What was successful, exactly? If you want to know if you're running the 64-bit build or not, simply go to Help > About Media Center... and it'll tell you there (in the dialog title).

x64 will not overwrite 32 so make sure your opening the correct version....in other words the correct icon

help please. I have MC 21 installed and just purchased upgrade to MC 23 for windows. I used paypal to pay. I get the following error when trying to run the download: Your license file is for a different product.

How do I fix it so that MC 23 will install?

You must download and install MC23, then restore your license.

I thought the 23 install was part of the upgrade purchase process; my bad. Doing the 23 install fixed my problem.

Hi,

I have a licensed MC 22. If i buy an upgrade for MC23, will i have a new Registration Code that i can use for my other MC installs? I ask this because i frequently change PC and do a fresh installs.

Is there still a promo price today?
