Help! MC refusing my credit card for update--solved!

Hi: I am trying to update from MC 22 to 23, according to posted instructions. However, my credit card has been rejected, and now I can't find any way of contacting anyone directly to proceed with the transaction. I have checked my credit card details, and they are all fine, so the problem seems to be at at the MC end. Can anyone at MC help unlock whatever block is on my card? Thanks.

Solved it by using a different card
