This started within the past few weeks, not sure when.

When importing a show episode with the year in the filename, the Season number is padded to two digits.  Without the year in the filename, the Season number is one digit.

Example:

The Flash (2014) - S03E19 - The Once and Future Flash.mkv
Season number is set to "03" during auto-import.

The Flash - S03E19 - The Once and Future Flash.mkv
Season number is set to "3" during auto-import.

Same thing with other shows with a year in the name.  Since it was not padding the Season number for so long and then it recently changed, it's obvious when browsing episodes and you now have a "Season 3" and a "Season 03".  Running "Get Movie and TV Info" does not fix it.  Only manually removing the 0 works.
