The Pioneer XDP-100R-K is the little brother of the Onkyo DP-X1 (Android 5.1.1), which I own. It works with MC.

Synchronizing playlists works without any hassle. Keep in mind, that you'll have more than one drive (intern plus one or two memory cards), so you have to dedicate each playlist to one of them.

Another point: I use two memory cards, each with 200 MB. Synchronizing directly over the usb connected player needs some time, indeed... .It is way faster to take the cards out and synchronize them with the internal card reader of my PC.

Gizmo and JRemote work as expected. Streaming via Tidal and others is possible without problems.
