I am using 8.0.336 and seem to be having a problem with wma licensing? I think.  The error below only occurs when playing wma files, not mp3.  After the error, I can sometimes go to the next track and continue use.  I can then go back and play the same song that just gave the error with no problem.  Any  help would be appreciated.  

The error says:
ERROR

Playback Engine: Media Jukebox is unable to acquire license for this file.

Windows Media Error: 0x80070020

(Is this related to windows media player?)

you must have installed Microsoft new Media Player

MJ does not yet work with it, and might not untill MJ goes To Version 9

J river should have the SDK soon From MS and JimH said maybe in a few weeks.

besides you are running a very old version and will need to download\upgrade to something newer.

MC9 should have Windows Media 9 Support first.
