Custom Bitstreaming DTS-HD Sends PCM

When I enable custom bitstreaming and select DTS-HD, JRiver still decodes and sends PCM for movies with DTS-HD MA.  Custom bistreaming of Dolby TrueHD works properly.  Also, when I set bistreaming to HDMI, everything bitstreams properly.

DTS-HD bitstreaming doesn't work if DTS is not enabled.

Tried your suggestion.  Now it won't play at all, and gives an error "Failed to connect audio renderer to audio decoder".
If I select ALL options under custom bitstreaming, everything works perfectly the same as just setting it to HDMI bitstreaming.  But any other combination which includes DTS gives that error for DTS tracks.
