Display of text items in theater view

When moving through items in theater view the first letter of these items switches between upper case and lower case.

This behaviour 'by design' looks a bit strange in German, since German nouns always start with an upper case letter.

Is there a way to stay with upper case?

I don't think so. It is by design and universal.
