« on: June 19, 2017, 10:08:09 am »

PCM upsampling works well up to 192,
But no way to play DoD.
=> the Mytech displays '176', and only à kind of pink noise is produced.
We tried many configurations in addition to the standard on, no
Any clue ?

I've got a Mytek on my desk and the way to play DSD is to enable ASIO for the output mode (and then enable DSD for the bitstreaming in Options > Audio).

The setup guide for DSD is on their website. They have a setup for both DoP and native. If you want to do 2xDSD then you will need native.  The show a WASAPI driver for DoP and an ASIO driver for native. Given the DAC only goes to 192 KHz, you wll need native to do 2x DSD.

The 176 KHz and white noise indicate that MC is probably sending a DoP signal for a 2.8 MHz DSD.  You can check in Audio Path  (3 vertical lines at the top right next to the shuffle icon) to see how MC is outputing the file.  According to the setup manual, the display should say DSD if a correct DoP file is being sent.

Do you have volume set to 100% or disabled. If MC is changing the volume the data will not register as DSD.

You should have Exclusive Mode set in the driver.
