No "Apply DSP" Option?
« on: June 23, 2017, 10:12:09 am »

When syncing iPods, there is an option under conversions to "Apply DSP". This option is missing when I sync my LG V20 android or Sandisk Clip Sport. I need to be able to convert 24-96 and 24-192 to 16-44.1. Can this be added?

In the options for handheld, you can set conversions.

See if I can make this clearer. Top picture is iPod sync options, bottom is when an android or sandisck clip etc. Notice the lack of apply dsp option on the bottom image.

Nothing?

Doing a little more investigation, if I sync on a PC connected to a local MC23 library, I do get the option to apply DSP, but when syncing on a PC connected to a remote MC23 library, the apply DSP option is missing.

If "Mode" is "Original", DSP is not available, because that wouldn't be the "Original" anymore. You need to set it to "Specified output format" to be able to use DSP.
