Hoping someone will be able to help relieve my frustration.
I have been using Media Center successfully for many years but finally Windows has beaten me to a pulp. My HTPC is connected to a Denon 7200W receiver through HDMI, using a Nvidia GTX-1060. Everything was working well using WASAPI - DENON-AVRHD-4 (NVIDIA High Definition Audio) and bit streaming any Atmos or DTS-X movies, that was until I updated windows 10 to build 15063.447. Now all I get is failed to initialize:

I've tried the following
(1) Updated Nvidia drivers to latest 384.76 - failed
(2) Uninstalled Nvidia drivers and reinstalled - failed
(3) Uninstalled Media Center and reinstalled - failed
(4) Installed Kodi and tried to bitstream/pass through - failed (played but no bitstreaming)
(5) Upgraded Windows 10 from Home to Pro - wasted more money - failed
My last option is to refresh Windows 10 and go through the pain of re-installing and setting everything up again - unless someone has any further suggestions?
