1. Changed: Removed the "Video renderer (with integrated decoding)" choice from custom DirectShow graph configuration, since madVR dropped support for this mode long ago.
2. Changed: Red October HQ uses LAV Video's "DXVA2 Copy-Back" hardware acceleration on AMD video cards.
3. Fixed: Saving the currently playing tracks as a Car Radio Playchart didn't create a Playchart that corresponded to the original files (you'll have to save again to make it start working).
4. Changed: Carnac will strip any leading zeroes off the season and episode at import time.
5. Changed: Updated Greek translation (thanks Panagiotis).

Fixed: When doing DLNA rendering of "wav" files (not L24 or L16), MC was doing an expensive internet open/read/close operation (twice) to check for exotic "wav" files containing compressed data that need the video engine. Now we only do this for local files.  Caused hesitation between tracks on slow devices like ID's.

Huzzah! This has bothered me since I upgraded to version 22.

My two issues both solved in this release.

1. No video when starting HD TV with hardware acceleration (ROS) - solved and working correctly

2. Unable to open Canon .crw raw files - now working fine.

Running 23.0.17 on W10 (updated 7.8.17) laptop 1920x1080 resolution.

Problem:  Tools/Options/Library & Folders/Manage Library Fields dialog box opens too large (probably because I enlarged it on my W7 desktop). Cannot resize height of box to reveal bottom buttons (OK Cancel).  Move up/down causes dialog box to jump around.  Resize width and Move Left/Right seem to work ok.

Temporary work around:  Maximize dialog box window. Click to close or cancel.

Opening MC23.0.17 in W7 desktop allows me to reduce the dialog box height somewhat. But in general the Min-Height of this dialog box may be set too high. Can set Min-Height to just below Default search field check box?

You may be able to resize with the keyboard. Press Alt-space then S, after which you can resize with the arrow keys. Press Enter to accept.

Yes thank you DJLegba.  I'll try it.  But this is the place where we are to give feedback to the folks at JRiver because they cannot find every little bug quickly without community help. So that is the primary purpose of my post. Something is goofy with the way that dialog box works in latest update of W10-64bit OS. And the problem is only with up/down and height; not with left/right and width.

My guess the problem is not with how I access the resize or move function.  Tried with mouse, touchpad applied to edges and top corners of box.  Right click on border to get Size and Move context menu items and use keyboard, but same result.  No control of up/down or height.

Seems the Volume Protection is not working anymore in 23.

I fired up MC, started a web-radio link, but volume level remained at appr. 90%

I think it might not engage until you restart the program (if you just finished playing without it on).

I've got a fix pending for the next build.
