How do I import settings to MC 23 from an older version

I currently have MC 20 and MC 23 on my computer, but can't seem to import the settings.  MC 23 has already got my music and thumbnails, but I'm having problems importing the settings.

Backup in MC20.  Restore in MC23.  Read carefully when you do.

I'll give it a shot and see what happens.  It's driving me crazy like this!
