I have not seen how you get in touch with their support team.
The forum is how you get in touch with Support. The developers read the forums, and respond.
AD is suggesting you upload the minidumps to a file sharing location and then list where you put them in this thread, I believe.
Of course, Tidal isn't supported, but the WDM is, so you may get some help.

Windows will upmix to 24/96 (not ideal, but unavoidable with the WDM) if it needs to, and supply 24/96 to MC.
That way there will be no sample rate or bit depth switching in the WDM when Tidal switches to Exclusive Mode.
With that set, do you still get the blue screen?
As always, I could be wrong about the above. But I think not.
