upgrade to jukebox plus
« on: July 02, 2003, 10:11:45 am »

I just bought MC9 for $40 online. The next thing I know a window pops up telling me to upgrade to Jukebox Plus for $25.

What is this? I would think a new subscriber would get the full package. Why not just say that the fully functioning package costs $65 then everyone can make their decision.

I have owned the product for five minutes and I feel like a second-class citizen.

Can anybody tell me if this PLUS is really worth shelling out another $25 for???

Sorry if I sound irritated. I am.

The program is wonderful. Just wish it was more straight-forwardly marketed.

There is no jukebox plus. I also have not encountered that before.  ?

Did you activate the registration key? Check whether it is activated by going to Help->Registration Info. If it is activated, your information should be there.

Make sure you're using Media Center 9, not Media Jukebox 8.
