Stopping Pop-Up Window

The tooltip with the track info that pops up when you hover your mouse over a library item? Yup!

MC's Options > Tree & View section > uncheck Show track info tooltips.

There's a toolbar button for that too, I think...

You need to remember that after turning it off, you need to leave the view, then return to it, to actually complete the switch off.

I was premature - deselecting the Options -> Tree & View -> Show track info tooltips does not prevent the information from popping up when the the cursor hovers over a name.

Well...
The setting works when I run mc23 on the server that actually plays the music. When I run the SAME executable from my computer the setting does not work. It isn't really an issue but it is curious.
