Probably figured it out already. Observe:

Excerpt from:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JRiver\Media Jukebox

key: DescriptionTypes
value: [blablabla];Audio Playlist (m3u,pls,xpl,bpl);DIVX Video (divx),Shorten Audio (shn)

key: MJTypes
value: [blablabla];aifc;mpga;jmx,shn

I guess replacing the , with a ; in both values should do the trick already and make MC9 import shns properly

Well, apparently divx and Shorten are formats fairly unrelated to each other and therefor should not share one file type entry in the import dialog. (see: the highlighted entry in the file type list)

What's more, ".divx)Shorten Audio (shn" is actually a fairly unusual suffix for a file.. (see: the highlighted section in the text box containing the suffixes MC9 will look for when importing)

Holy smokes, I just realized that I cannot seek in audio files any more in 9.1.208 - the slider just keeps returning to the actual playing position. (tried with mp3 and shn)

Can anyone confirm this?  :-[

Several have indicated this above. It should be fixed in an upcoming build.
