I have downloaded JRiver software - all good except I cannot get the system to play a sequence, it just keeps repeating the same song no matter what I do to the shuffle/repeat buttons. I'd really appreciate help on this. Thanks.

Are you selecting more than one before you press the play button?

What are you playing to?  A network Device?  If so, does local playback work?

Ah. This was the problem Jim.  I have now turned both buttons off BEFORE I press play and now it works. Thank you!!

Good news.  There are also some options under Tools > Options > General > Behavior that you could try.

oh no. The problem is back. There is nothing obvious in general>behaviour that would fix the problem. I'm playing to a Denon Heos connected to a Denon analog Amp.

Wait a minute - I have just changed to my Klipsch G17 and it works (songs don't repeat), So it would suggest a Heos issue. I will do some more research but let me know if you have any thoughts why the Heos should be an issue. Thanks, Peter

Right click on the renderer and disable SetNext support..

Note: Changing the shuffle button has no effect - i.e. “shuffle on” does not work. I took the 30 day free trial some months ago and I was impressed with the software - it worked for me. However I was overseas for several weeks so didn’t purchase the software until recently - still great software but useless unless I can fix the “repeat” issue. Cheers,  Peter

I had the same problem, put the repeat option in my marantz amp web page to off while playing a jriver playlist by dlna and it stop repeating the same song.
