Reasons to upgrade

I am running 21 happily
Is there any reason to upgrade to 23? eg some files that I play are jumpy, maybe wrong FPS, are there any improvements in this area?
Is it easy too upgrade?
Should I download 64bit?

Use the 30 day trial to see if the new features wok for you. The 64bit version is still a very early release so may still have some issues.
