All,

Pulled the trigger on v23 yesterday on 5 workstations and my server - all which went smoothly.

I did want to ask why settings on a machine that has a local library (like my server and my own personal workstation) seemed to transfer flawlessly - my 4 other stations (all "clients" to our "Media Server" machine) had to have their remote library settings redone manually.

While it was no problem to hack them back into place - it was a bit of a PITA.

I was hoping that an MC "upgrade" to an install that has only a Library Server location (as it's only library) - why that piece does not transfer to the new install?

Appreciate any backgrounder on this for future upgrades.
