Hello JRiver Team,

i have buyed your Media Player but i can't play Blu-Ray Discs without Decrypter's... So i won't use this program. I have payed with credit card. Please refund my money fast.

There's several lessons here for any potential buyers...

First, always do some research first to see if the program will meet your needs by a) asking questions here on the forums, b) reading the wiki's articles, etc. Secondly (and most importantly) never blindly commit to purchasing WITHOUT running the 30 day trial (that's fully featured, BTW) of Media Center first and seeing for yourself if the program will suit your needs (or can suit your needs, again, ask questions on the forums and read the wiki articles!).
