Fall Creator's Update - No television since

My MC23 completely refuses to see my Ceton Infiniti 4 PCI card now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything, including trying the new 64 bit version to no avail.
The Ceton Diagnostic tool shows that everything is working fine, I can see the device in device manager, but it doesn't appear in the TV setup now.
Known issue?
