MC 23 license missing

Hello i purchased MC23 early upgrade in May 2017 with Paypal
I cannot upgrade my license ( I have mail for MC19 license) but nothing for MC23.
Putting my mail in Restore page I get a MC19 license. How can I get my purchased MC23 lic.

Doesn't help JRiver may need to dig out your purchase details/email address. Check your spam folders in case you missed the registration code email.
