Bought License for PC, then Switched to Mac, can't install license

Ok. back in August I bought an up to MC23 from MC18. I using a pc at the time. Now I have a MacBook and the license won't install. It says "Your License is for a different product" How do I fix This??

The brutal answer is "By buying a MAC License"

The licences are not transferable. you can buy either a Windows license, a MAC license, a Linux license, or a "Master" license that's allows you to install on any OS.

It can be bought as an upgrade by using the Windows license.
