Hi All,
There are a few channels (e.g., BTNHD @585, FXHD @553) that I cannot access.  They are not DRM channels, to my knowledge--just won't tune, while my TVs get them just fine.  Can anyway offer insights or even a solution?

Try entering the channel number on InfiniTV Device Webpage and verify whether you can get signal lock.
