duplicate charge when upgrade to 23

Hi! I tried to upgrade to 23 and the page freezed after my Credit Card information was complete.
A couple of days later, I repeated the process and get my upgrade.

When I checked my Bank Statement, there was two different charges - I called my bank but they rejected my claim. Can you please help me wit this?

Hi Fer,
We have confirmed that you were charged 2 times.  We will issue a credit for one of the purchases and advise via regular email.
