audio file location not found?

Its been awhile since Ive listened through JRiver... I am trying to rip some Cd's to my laptop, withOUT my external drive attached....( so I can listen to JRiver w/o the 4 GB drive attached )... I'm very frustrated that I cannot Rip a cd now...as I get an error message saying "audio file location not found"   in the RIP menu.  Searched the tools, etc...and the forum...no luck finding an answer... I'm a beginner level....maybe some helpful soul will direct me through this.   Thank you, Otto

Check your settings under Tools > Options > File Locations.
