Looking for some help.  Yes I read the Wiki.  I can put my computer to sleep or hibernate but can't wake it up.  I can't wake it up from inside my network nor outside my network.  I have completed the following steps:

-I have set up UDP port forwarding in my Airport Extreme to port 9 using my MC server's static address.
-I have enabled Wake on LAN in the computer BIOS
-I have selected Wake on Magic Packet in the network card driver settings
-I have set a Windows Defender Inbound Rule for Port 9 UDP protocol

I am able to remotely access my MC server on port 52199 as long as the computer is on.

Wake on Lan can be tricky to set up.

I wouldn't even try it from outside the LAN until it worked from inside.

I've used a test utility before, but I've forgotten what it was.

Are you running Media Server on Windows Start?

I do have Media Server set to run on start.  I have focused my attention on get it to work in network first.  I sit in front of the computer running MC with my iPhone running JRemote.  Test with WiFi on in network and with WiFi off, out of network.  Can’t get it to work in network so haven’t taken the next step.

An incompatibility with the AirPort Extreme makes sense.  Apple has some kind of Bonjour wake on LAN system.  Anyone get Wake on LAN to work with an Apple Extreme?

You could try a utility other than JRemote to see if WOL is set up correctly.
