I am a happy user of MC 23 on (not so happy with!) Win10  :D for a few years. When the Amazon Echo Dot recently was reduced to $30 I had to buy one. I have had no trouble using the "skill" House Band to control my MC.  I was goofing around and decided to try this: enable bluetooth on Ancient laptop (Dell Latitude), I had to delete bluetooth driver and reboot win10 :) Connect bluetooth to the Echo. I am surprised that the Echo can be made to act as a Bluetooth speaker (?), I thought it preferred to connect to a real bluetooth speaker (something I don't have). I then set up a "zone" in MC to "Alexa" (added this as the output device) and now can both control MC on the PC and use the Dot as a "speaker". Nice of this to be workable, kind of thwarts Amazon's goal to make me use their music services :)
