How to Modify a panel in Panel?

I've been trying out Panel.
In the Shows panel under videos, I would like the content to present as it does in MC: Sorted by Show, and then by season and episode.
Is there a way I can do this?

Go to Options-Media Network-Advanced-Customize Views for JRemote Gizmo Webgizmo.

Then you can click add, Library from standard view, then you can put these views on the mobile device.

I know I should know this, but how do I get those fields to appear in the view?
I'd like to see Name, Season, Episode listed in the view (now that I have it ordered how I want).
