License Problem
« on: February 12, 2018, 11:54:58 pm »

Greetings - I just upgraded my master license, and when I got the email, the subject is: "Registration Code for JRiver, Inc. Media Center 24 Master". So what is version 24? I had been on 21, and everything on the website talks about version 23. I'm assuming I go ahead and download 23, correct? And presumably my license key will work.

Thanks.

Thanks, that worked. Sort of. I'll grant you it's late, but my playlists disappeared with the upgrade, I saw no option during the install for "keep old playlists", so I'm a bit chapped.

Have you tried importing the library file from the previous version set &/or going back to the old version and exporting the play list (s), then importing them into the new version?

Freewheeling with some thoughts that might help. I'm not certain whether what I've offered will work.
