Was wondering how to move a zip file to JR Media 20?

I bought a cd from a musicians site. I downloaded it as a zip file,but I would like it in my JR media library. Not sure how to.

Unzip it and move the actual files into JR

Trying opening the .zip file and extract the contents. It's the contents that are the music files here.
