Offline install in a VM

Is there any way to restore a license to a copy of MC23 in a VM that has no internet access?

Restore a license and download the .mjr license file and transfer it to the VM (depending how you're running the VM it could be a drag/drop operation, shared folders, over a network share, or transfer via a USB thumb drive, a SD card, etc.).

But keep in mind if you're planning on using video (especially Red October HQ) you'll probably want to connect the VM to the internet to download the necessary components (madVR, LAV Filters, etc.).
