More details please.

How is the DAC connected?  DLNA or USB?

Are you using a driver from Cambridge Audio?  What is it?  Did you try others?

What files are you playing?  FLAC, for example?

Audio settings in MC.

AndrewFG makes a tool you can use to see how the Cambridge device responds.

I believe that your device is acting as a Renderer.

I use the Cambridge Audio CXN, same basic streamer unit.

When it connects, MC should see it and show it in the Playing now section top left.

If you are using CA Connect, your DNLA server in MC should show up and then just select and go

Some pointers, the wireless aerial dongle can be a bit iffy especially if on hi res files. I have a wi fi extender in the same room that helps. Ethernet is better.

You should get gapless to at least 192. There is a USB 2 driver but you only need that if you are using the unit as. DAC via USB. If you are streaming it should be fine

Let’s start ....

Have you got Media Network ON?
Wireless or Ethernet
Do you have any views defined?
Are you using JRemote or CAConnect
Music content FLAC , 44.1 ?
Is the Azur wi fi configured properly, do you see Network OK as the unit starts?

Maybe some more info and symptoms

This sounds as though MC can see the renderer but scrolls through the playlist trying to find a file it can play.

Are the flac files high res and is MC DLNA setting set to "Original format"

Have you tried disabling gapless playback for that renderer in MC?

Do you have the latest firmware on your 851N? It should show the "50Cambridge" logo.

I had problems with MC23 and the previous Cambridge firmware, but with MC24 and the latest firmware I'm able to play my music.
