Purchase Account / Forum Account Question
« on: March 14, 2018, 08:36:11 am »

I couldn't seem to locate an appropriate place to post this question. This seemed to be the best place.

Is the account used by the JRiver store, when purchasing your license, & the interact forum the same? or are they two separate accounts?

I'd like to change the password that I used when I purchased my license for JRiver Media Center. I can change my password for the forum easily enough, but I have the impression that the store uses a different account. If this is so how can I go about changing the password that I used when I purchased my JRiver license?

I see on the restore page instructions on how to change your email address, but nothing for how to change your password.

Thank You.

They are separate accounts.

If you purchase again, you can use any password you want to.

I think that purchase password is truly a one time deal....so next year if you decide to pruchase the MC25 version it will ask for a password again...it won't have to be the pass word you used to purchase MC24...It's just a one time password in other words.....lol.....on the words play
