Naming Data CDs?
« on: June 13, 2003, 10:00:17 am »

I did a search through the boards for this and didn't come up with anything... where can I name data CDs? I can print out a CD Label and put whatever I want on there, but how do I control the name of the MP3 data CD itself?

Found it, sora. I have .199 now, and with the new GUI when you go to burn the CD, it says NEW on the CD drive with the burning CD icon on it. That can be changed to a new name before burning.

That listing is a bit odd (does the same thing as Windows Explorer does ;) ) in that it'll keep the same listing as you had on a previous CD unless you highlight the drive and hit F5 to refresh the list. Windows Explorer does that because we have auto insert notification/autoplay turned off.
