JRiver MC Upgrade

The upgrade should be such that anybody having a license of the new release and running a previous version gets a smooth upgrade from the previous version to the new one without any new separate installation. Or at least the new installation simply overrides the old one keeping the settings and library intact without the need to save and restore library.

When you install MC23, it will search for an older version's library, copy it, and use it, including settings of recent versions. This is automatically done.
