Display window missing in side bar of JRiver

Display window which normally sits above Action Window does not pop up with album art when JRiver plays music. It used to be there, now it has disappeared. Any thoughts? Thanks. Is there a setting somewhere?

It does not appear there if you also have a tab showing Playing Now. Close that tab, or navigate away from Playing Now, and the small display window will reappear if something is playing.
