Using Panel to then CAST to another device
« on: April 20, 2018, 02:31:24 pm »

HI There,

Is it possible to connect to my server remotely via panel and to then cast to another device (e.g;. PS4)?

Panel can play to any MC zone, so ... probably.

Even via a remote connection.  That is panel is being connected via a laptop through a remote connection.  Then can panel cast to a device at this remote connection?  The device is not actually z MC zone?

When you say "cast", I'm not sure what you mean.  Play to?

If the server can see the device you're playing to, even remotely, then Panel can select it.

You'll need to try it to see whether it works.

Panel will play to your laptop. If you load Panel with the Chrome browser, you can probably cast to a local CCA.
