Purchased Wrong Upgrade License

Hello, I purchased the upgrade license ver24 for the wrong version. I have Windows only version 23. I purchased the Master Version. Also, I might not of put my ver23 license in when purchasing...it might of been a previous version (all the way back to 18) as I just did an auto-complete of what was in my computer drop down window.

Now I get the message that I have the wrong version when I try to upgrade.

I can not find an email in support. How can I get help?

You may need to download and install MC24.
