2 MCs on 1 PC?
« on: June 10, 2003, 12:45:45 am »

Can MC 9.1.195 happily co-exist on my PC with 9.0.180?

Just thought I'd ask before installing.

Not 100% sure but I think it's one or the other as the database has changed significantly in 9.1 and 9.0 will no longer work with it

NoCodeUK is correct.  You can't run both.

You can backup your data from 9.0 before you install 9.1, then recover when you install 9.0.

The data includes all the .jmd files.

Could 9.0 and 9.1 both co-exist if they both pointed to different databases?

Sounds like it would work.

(but I would backup my db beforehand anyway, just in case...)
