Tidal missing
« on: June 06, 2018, 02:50:22 pm »

Hello
Over the years, JRiver has kept me faithful company. Today, I took the step and upgraded from MC23 to 24 ... and lo and behold I lost access to Tidal (in MC 23 JRiver appears as a 'streaming' option and consequently as a Zone in Roon; in 24 it is absent in Tidal, hence in 24).
Is this a deliberate move on the part of JRiver or do I need to adjust a setting?

BTW ... the audio quality in MC 24 is superb (even though Radio Paradiso is not quite my road to heaven).

Thanks in advance for your consideration

Microsoft added requirements for device drivers.  Our WDM driver doesn't meet those yet.  That's likely to be the cause.  Try a Google search to read more.  You can still install the WDM driver if you remove the secure boot option from your computer.
