Feature Request: "Default library on startup&

Currently, MC always connects to the previously-opened library on startup. If this is a server, and the server is not available, there is an annoying delay as MC tries to connect and fails. Suggest the following fix: allow configurable "startup library". An option, "reconnect to last opened library", would duplicate the current functionality.

Second suggestion: allow "connecting to server" to be cancellable.
