Changed: Adjusted expired time tracking in OpenGL Theater View to try to prevent failure after long time of idle.

Getting high CPU usage just sitting idle in Theater View. Verified on four machines - two nvidia, two radeon.

When version 34 is installed, CPU is 25% just sitting idle in Theater view. Drop out of Theater view and CPU goes back down to 3%. Return to Theater view and CPU goes back to 25%. Uninstall version 34, install version 30 and Theater view idle sits at 4%. Reinstall version 34 and CPU goes back to 25%.

Also notice version 34 Theater view navigation is slightly slower and seeing micro-stutters (likely due to the extra cpu usage, bit more difficult to monitor/compare cpu usage for Theater view navigation).

Unfortunately I will have to skip version 34 until this is addressed. Hard to sleep in a room with PC fans running hard due to 25% CPU. Not good because there are several other fixes that I needed.

NOTE: this is NOT antivirus.
