FLAC to MP3

Hi

Most of my music files are FLACs and this way too big to store and use on my Android phone. Can I use J River to convert the FLACs to MP3 and put them into a new library to use for uploading to my phone please?

When you use JRiver's Handheld Sync, on-the-fly conversion is an option.
